The ninth annual Design for Manufacturing Conference will be part of the ASME 2004 International Design Engineering Technical Conferences and Computers and Information In Engineering Conference, in Salt Lake City, Utah, from September 28 to October 2, 2004.
This conference is sponsored by the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Committee of the Design Engineering Division of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
David Kazmer will be chairing panel session on Six Sigma (Wednesday, September 29, from 3:45 to 5:15). This session will feature the following distinguished panelists:

The 2004 DFM conference used an online paper submission process called DFM eLane site for submitting draft papers.
Accepted papers need to be uploaded directly to ASME's web site. See the online submission instructions for information.
