Research Interests
In the general areas of networking, distributed computing and software,
with particular emphasis on
robust, distributed algorithms for network control.
Recent work includes:
- highly adaptive and scalable unicast routing for mobile, multihop ad hoc networks; (read about a Temporally-Ordered Routing Algorithm (TORA))
- reservation-based (i.e. quality-of-service-based) multicast routing for mobile, multihop ad hoc networks;
- scalable reliable multicast routing for long-lived distributed computing sessions; and
- multiple access protocols for wireless local area networks.
