eMedCheck 2010 for BlackBerry devices

Overview

eMedCheck 2010 is an electronic medication screening form that can be run on a BlackBerry device.

Download

There are two different screening forms:

To install the application on your BlackBerry device, point your device's browser to the appropriate JAD file, download it, and install it.

Using the BlackBerry Download Manager

If you prefer to use the BlackBerry Download Manager, download this desktopmanager.zip file and extract the .alx and .cod files from that. Note that the "e1" folder is for the anthrax antibiotic screening form; the "e2" folder is for the Hepatitis A vaccination screening form. The .cod files go in separate subfolders.

Registration

Please send an email to jwh2@umd.edu to tell us that you have downloaded the software. We will update you when revisions are available. We will not send you junk email.
