The Advanced Design and Manufacturing Lab (ADML) at the University
of Maryland is dedicated to the design and development of advanced machining
tools, tool post structures and on-line machining surface monitoring systems.
ADML is also commited to research and development of the innovative methodologies
for advanced material manufacturing. All these technical aspects are of
critical importance to the US manufacturing industry. Currently, equipped
with hard tooling machines(CNC), a stereolithography apparatus(SLA), Coordinate
Measureent Machine(CMM), and an outstanding computer facility.
