Biography:

Anshu Sarje received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (formerly known as University of Roorkee), India, in 2003, and M.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, in 2005. She worked as a Research Associate in the Cell Engineering Lab, Johns Hopkins University, before joining the Ph.D. program at the University of Maryland, College Park, in Fall 2006. Her research interests include cell/biological sensors and microfabricated devices.
